Refunds & Returns Policy
At The Solstice Living, we want you to shop with confidence, which is why we've made our return and refund process simple and hassle-free.
1. Return Timeframe
You may return eligible items within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns beyond this period.
2. Shipping Costs for Returns
- Defective or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs to make things right.
- Change of Mind Returns: If you decide to return an item simply because you no longer want it, you’ll be responsible for the return shipping cost.
3. Defective or Damaged Products
If your item is damaged or not functioning properly, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We’ll provide a prepaid return label, and once we inspect the item, we’ll offer you either a replacement or a full refund, including your original shipping cost.
4. Change of Mind Returns
Changed your mind? No problem! You can return your item within 30 days, provided that:
✔️ It is unused and in its original packaging.
✔️ You cover the return shipping costs.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund for the item’s cost, minus any applicable shipping fees.
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive your return and verify its condition, we’ll send you a confirmation email. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method. Please note that some banks and credit card providers may take additional time to reflect the refund.

Restocking Fees
In some cases, a restocking fee may apply depending on the item and return reason. If applicable, we will notify you before processing your return.
